Consideration for our neighbors is important to us. Please behave as quietly and politely as you would like others to behave. The house is modernized and up to date. We would appreciate it if you would treat the furniture, apartment, house, and grounds with care and respect. We want to offer every guest a healthy living environment. Therefore, smoking is NOT permitted in the rooms or outside on the property. In the interest of subsequent guests, we will check the apartment immediately after departure for any smell of smoke. If this is the case, we will charge a fine of €500.00. You will also be responsible for cleaning costs and any new purchases, such as smoky beds or sofas. Please spare us and yourself this procedure and only smoke in the designated smoking area in the parking lot. Thank you!
